Abt Associates has a long tradition of active involvement and support of the local communities where we live and do business. Our community engagement and giving is driven by our staff interests and connections through volunteering—individually or as a group of associates, board positions, and corporate financial support.

We have a range of activities and organizations we support from walking teams that raise money for AIDS Action—to helping families in need through our long-term partnership with Harmony Hills School in Aspen Hill, MD and the Dimock Center in Boston, MA—to supporting staff giving by matching contributions to American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, and other organizations at the holidays and in times of global need.

We see this as an extension of our mission—to help improve the lives and economic well-being of people worldwide—and a core part of our culture.
