Ai Victory

Vice President, Finance

Ai Victory manages the Financial Planning and Analysis, Corporate Treasury, and Retirement Services groups. She is experienced in treasury management, financial planning and analysis, U.S. federal government contracting, budgeting and reporting, and venture capital investment.

Before joining Abt Associates, Victory led the Treasury department at Chemonics International. Earlier, she conducted due diligence and valuations, analyzing portfolio companies' business plans and performances, and modeling investment structures at Lazard Technology Partners, a $400-million venture capital firm. She also has experience in international business development for the consulting engineering industry gained at Frances Kernodle Associates, as well as a background in financial analysis and accounting in telecommunications at MCI WorldCom.

Victory holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economics from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. in International Management with a concentration in Finance, from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
