Lisa Ashcraft

Vice President, Contract Operations

Lisa Ashcraft, an accomplished contracts and procurement executive, heads Abt Associates’ contract operations.

Her 25-year career in federal government contracting includes work for of Martin Marietta, SAIC, CSC, Honeywell, and Intelsat. She has extensive experience working with federal civil agencies, as well as with the U.S. Department of Defense, intelligence clients, NATO, and foreign governments.

Prior to joining Abt Associates, Ashcraft was the head of Contracts and Procurement for Intelsat General Corporation, building a contracts organization that supported a business that grew from $90 million to $480 million over seven years.

Ashcraft has a B.S. in Information Systems Management and an M.S. in Management from the University of Maryland (University College).
