Lisa Matt

Vice President, International Operations

Lisa Matt joined Abt Associates in 2001, bringing to the company a wealth of experience in technical, administrative, and financial management. Matt is responsible for ensuring overall operations efficiency; leadership and management of area operations, administration, finances and personnel; monitoring key corporate financial indicators, and managing contract risk. She is a member of the Management Advisory Group.

In her 30 years in international development work, Matt has served as a project director, team leader, chief of party, analyst, and consultant for projects in Cameroon, Zaire, Haiti, Macedonia, Zambia, Togo, Niger and other countries. Her expertise focuses primarily on privatization, organizational sustainability, small farmer organizations, and project management.

Matt holds a B.A. in Economics from Wells College, an M.A. in International Affairs from Ohio University, and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University.
