Mary Harper

Chief Information Officer

Mary Harper is responsible for leading the company’s information technology and management information systems functions, overseeing technology infrastructure, investments, and deployment. She is a member of Abt’s Management Advisory Group.

Harper joined Abt from General Electric, where she spent 12 years in a variety of CIO and other technology leadership roles. In a succession of increasingly responsible positions, she implemented systems to drive business growth, reduce costs, and increase client satisfaction. While at GE, she delivered large-scale global software and hardware programs and solutions, instituted sustainable process changes, and built a number of highly successful global teams.

Harper earned a B.S in computer science at Yale University.
