Oswaldo Holguin

Vice President, Global Operations Controller

Oswaldo Holguin directs and oversees the delivery of financial management and control services to all divisions of the company. These services include revenue recognition control, financial planning and analysis, proposal costing and project management support, and international accounting. He also serves as liaison between corporate financial services and the company’s divisions.

Prior to coming to Abt Associates, Holguin served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Management Systems International and as a Director for the Finance and Administration Department at Chemonics International, where he held senior finance positions in the United States and overseas. He is experienced in corporate and field accounting, financial planning and analysis, modeling and asset valuation, business plan development, strategic planning, and training programs.

Holguin earned a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in business and an M.A. in Economics from the University of South Carolina.
