Terry Moore

Vice President, Health Policy

Terry Moore serves as vice president of Health Policy at Abt Associates.  Moore, who has served in the past as the interim practice leader for Health Policy, is nationally recognized for her work in developing, refining and publicly reporting quality measures in long-term and post-acute care settings.

Since joining Abt in 1995, Moore has worked as a project director and client account manager with a recent focus on supporting Abt’s work for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. At Abt, Moore’s work has involved data collection and analysis, clinical consultation, outreach and education of provider groups on both public and private sector projects.

Moore holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from University of Vermont and a Masters in Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh.
