Climate Change Adaptation Planning for Low-Income Urban Populations." Abt's Dr. Hari Bansha Dulal will discuss how Asian cities are addressing climate change with adaptation planning and interventions. He will be joined by discussants from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, ICLEI (Local Governments for Sustainability), and USAID, Office of Energy and Infrastructure.
