Abt Associates: Bold thinkers driving real-world impact
Jennifer Pettis and Rosanna Bertrand, associates at Abt, will speak at a stakeholder presentation on the Supportive Planning and Operations Team (SPOT) Initiative held by the Bureau of Health Care Safety and Quality (BHCSQ) of the Massachusetts Department of Public Health.
The SPOT Initiative is a collaborative effort to support nursing home teams to develop effective quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) programs. BHCSQ engaged Abt in the continuation of the SPOT Initiative in March 2017, and the Abt team has provided targeted technical assistance and training to sixty participating nursing homes.
During the stakeholder sessions, representatives will share information regarding the Initiative and the year's activities, followed by a Q&A session and networking.
