Contract: Natural Resource Damage Assessment (NRDA) Support Services
Contract holder: National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Office of Response and Restoration (ORR) Assessment and Restoration Division (ARD)
Services provided under this vehicle:
  • Emergency response to spills (primarily oil spills, but any event compensable under OPA or CERCLA is eligible)
  • Comprehensive natural resource damage assessment (NRDA) support
  • Marine debris research

Contract: Regulation, Evaluation, and Technical Support for the Office of Emergency Management
Contract holder: U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Office of Emergency Management (OEM)
This mission support contract covers all of OEM’s major programmatic areas:
  • Oil spill prevention, preparedness, and response
  • Risk management and chemical accident prevention
  • Community, regional, national, and international planning and preparedness
  • Emergency response and removals.
Within those programmatic areas, we will provide support for:

Contract: Social Science Support Services
Contract holder: National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Office of Coastal Management (OCM)
This contracting vehicle provides a fast and easy way for all of NOAA and other federal government entities to acquire social science services from the private sector, with products developed to be used to support local, regional, and national coastal management issues. Example projects include:
  • Economic impact, risk assessment and communication
  • Facilitation, focus groups, and survey support
  • Evaluation
  • Needs assessments and social assessments
  • Audience, institutional, and policy analysis.
Under this contract we are currently supporting the National Hurricane Center on the testing of their new Arrival of Tropical Storm Wind graphic that is live now for this hurricane season.
