As the world glimpses a post-pandemic future, Africa’s economies must come back stronger to head off rampant food insecurity and unemployment and regain momentum toward fulfilling the Sustainable Development Goals. Trade and investment deals with the U.S. will be even more crucial for injecting outside capital and new technologies into the continent’s business ecosystem, and ensuring effective use of Africa’s abundant human and natural resources.
