Webinar 11/30: ISWA Webinar on Municipal Solid Waste Financing

Nadia Scharen-Guivel The International Solid Waste Association (ISWA) is hosting a webinar on the topic of Municipal Solid Waste Financing on behalf of the Climate and Clean Air Coalition Municipal Solid Waste Initiative (Waste Initiative). The webinar will provide an introduction to a financial readiness tool kit developed by Abt Associates with a focus on policy and regulation. The webinar will also give an overview of the different financing mechanisms available to cities to deliver municipal solid waste infrastructure, including funding and financing options that cities could consider, and public-private partnerships for municipal waste case studies.

Nadia Scharen-Guivel, principal energy and infrastructure finance associate at Abt Associates will co-lead the webinar.
