Webinar 4/26: CEADIR Series: Accelerating Investment for Climate-Smart Agriculture and Forestry in Southeast Asia

The Climate Economic Analysis for Development, Investment and Resilience (CEADIR) project is hosting a webinar as part of a series entitled, Navigating the Climate Economy: Investing for Growth and Resilience. CEADIR helps governments, USAID missions, and the private sector shift to low-emission, sustainable, and climate-resilient development by bringing together rigorous economic analysis and scaling up public-private financial assistance.

Abt's Mikell O'Mealy, activity manager for CEADIR's work in Asia will moderate this month's discussion focused around "Accelerating Investment for Climate-Smart Agriculture and Forestry in Southeast Asia." Countries in Southeast Asia are implementing national climate change commitments and strategies to reduce deforestation, forest degradation, and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. This webinar will highlight new strategies to scale up climate-smart investment and discuss recent progress, next steps, and lessons learned.
