April 23, 2013
The paper provides insight from the field on how six national HIV programs are coping with the global decline in donor HIV funding. Importantly, the paper includes as co-authors the ex-Minister of Health of Guyana (now the Minister of Agriculture), the heads of the HIV programs of Sierra Leone and Guyana, the head of strategy at the national HIV program of Kenya, and two professors from ISED, a Senegalese academic institution.
