A CCS is a physician appointed to the Provincial Health Office to help improve and expand HIV/AIDS services and improve the quality of and access to care in the province. CCSs help organize and strengthen case management and service delivery at the provincial level. However, their work extends “down” from that level through the district, all the way to remote rural health clinics.
