In her presentation, “Strategies for Developing Effective Community Partnerships to Support Career Pathways,” Abt Principal Associate Judith A. Alamprese discussed the role of partners in adult basic skills career pathways programs and strategies for developing and maintaining them.  The presentation was delivered at the 2013 National Council for Workforce Education Conference in Milwaukee, WI  on October 16, 2013.
