The Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) program, a funding initiative jointly launched in 2003 by the Administration on Aging (AoA) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), was initially designed around a vision of providing consumers in every community with a single point of access to long-term services and supports (LTSS).

In order to understand how well ADRC sites are facilitating access to LTSS and whether clients report positive experiences, the Administration for Community Living (ACL) contracted with IMPAQ International, LLC, and Abt Associates to conduct a national process and outcome study of the ADRC program. This report presents those findings.
