This report presents findings from the quantitative research activities conducted thus far under the Evaluation of the Welfare to Work Voucher Program. The report focuses primarily on the activities completed during the current project phase (Task Order 1), covering the period June 2001 through September 2002. The report also discusses subsequent work, including upcoming impact analyses (starting in October 2002 under Task Order 2) to be based on administrative data and Census data. The report also makes reference to the possible collection and analysis of follow-up survey data (during later task orders) for the experimental sample in the six demonstration sites: Atlanta and Augusta, Georgia; Fresno and Los Angeles, California; Houston, Texas; and Spokane, Washington.
