An external research team, which included SRI International, Abt Associates, Nancy Brigham Associates, and J Koppich & Associates, studied implementation of the new Educator Evaluation Framework for the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (ESE).

This case study brief, the second in a series of three, highlights promising approaches in Attleboro, Reading, South Hadley Public Schools, and Whitman-Hanson Regional School District to develop and implement district-determined measures under the Massachusetts' Educator Evaluation Framework.
