This Restoration Monitoring and Outreach Plan for the Upper Arkansas River Watershed presents proposed monitoring actions and outreach activities associated with the restoration projects described in the Restoration Plan/Environmental Assessment (RP/EA) for the Upper Arkansas River Watershed. The plan provides information regarding the type of monitoring that occured during the restoration projects and how this information is used to evaluate restoration success.
