Abt Global, under a subcontract to Atlas Research, is supporting the Department of Health and Human Services and the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Health (OASH) to develop a comprehensive inventory of all federal HIV and AIDS and viral hepatitis programs targeting black gay, bisexual, or other black men who have sex with men (MSM).
 
Abt will design and monitor an online cataloging and data collection tool intended to identify federal fiscal investment, cross-agency collaborations, or best practices for preventing new HIV and viral hepatitis infections and improving treatment and care outcomes for affected men. This project will facilitate an analysis of the federal response to new HIV and viral hepatitis infections among black MSM and identify gaps in funding for improved prevention, testing, and treatment efforts for this population.
