In Papua New Guinea (PNG), Abt Global developed a comprehensive costing model of the management of HIV/AIDS/STIs for the health sector.  The HIV/AIDS & STI Costing (HASC) model supported national planning and policy discussions among the Government of PNG, the National AIDS Council Secretariat (NACS), donor agencies and other stakeholders.  This work was funded by Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID) and implemented in collaboration with the National Department of Health (NDoH).
