Link gave a presentation at an Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) seminar in Paris, France on Friday, May 12.
Link spoke about recent development in the areas of non-probability sampling, mobile technologies, and uses of administrative and “Big Data.”
"Our understanding of and ability to leverage advances in these areas is increasing rapidly and that will benefit our clients in terms of cost, speed of delivery, and, in many cases, accuracy," Link said.
The OECD provides a forum in which governments can work together to share experiences and seek solutions to common problems. The organization is involved with a wide range of issues, including working with governments to understand what drives economic, social, and environmental change.
