Magnis hails “green” credentials of battery plant as it pushes Queensland giga-factory

THE DRIVEN: A new article highlights Abt’s analysis of the Generation 1 Charge CCCV (C4V) lithium-ion batteries. Commissioned by the New York State Energy Development and Research Authority, Abt conducted a data analysis and evaluation of the batteries’ environmental impacts over its lifecycle. We found the use of carbon-free electricity in the manufacturing process helps limit those impacts.
