Donna Diederich Named Chief Human Resources Officer
BETHESDA, MD — Donna Diederich, SPHR, who has led Human Resources functions at multi-billion dollar professional services and government contracting firms, has joined Abt Associates as Chief Human Resources Officer.
She brings more than 20 years of experience in senior HR positions, most recently serving as senior vice president, Human Resources for CACI International, overseeing HR operations for 19,000 employees. While there she designed and executed the company’s first comprehensive culture and engagement assessment, led a leadership succession strategy and managed a major leadership training effort.
Diederich previously held positions of progressively greater leadership and responsibility at Computer Sciences Corporation as vice president, Human Resources for the National Public Sector and the Americas region, and before that at Northrop Grumman, where between 1995 and 2014, she led HR for their Defense Systems Division, Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Compliance, e-Recruitment and University Relations, among other positions.

Diederich graduated from Missouri State University with a B.S. in psychology and business.
